Terms of Service

Last updated: June 3, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of drivealumicraft.com and related online services operated by Alumicraft Race Inc.. By visiting the site, contacting us through the site, adding items to cart, or using checkout, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about Alumicraft, contacting us, comparing vehicles, and purchasing available products. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content at scale, submit false information, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Product and vehicle information

We work to keep vehicle, product, pricing, availability, and specification information accurate, but errors or omissions may occur. Vehicle specifications, product details, imagery, availability, lead times, pricing, and options may change without notice. Website content is provided for general information and does not create a final quote, build sheet, warranty, or purchase agreement unless confirmed in writing by Alumicraft.

Custom vehicles, quotes, and deposits

Race vehicles, sand cars, custom builds, service work, and special-order items may require direct consultation, written quotes, deposits, production scheduling, and separate written terms. Any custom build or service agreement controls over general website content if there is a conflict.

Online purchases and Shopify checkout

Some products may be available through online cart and Shopify hosted checkout. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, fraud review, shipping limitations, and acceptance by Alumicraft or the applicable checkout provider. We may refuse or cancel an order when permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, unavailable inventory, or shipping restrictions.

Pricing, taxes, and shipping

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges may be calculated during checkout or communicated separately. Delivery dates, lead times, and shipping estimates are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Returns, cancellations, and exchanges

Return, cancellation, and exchange eligibility depends on the product, condition, order status, and whether the item is standard, special-order, used, modified, or custom. Contact Alumicraft promptly with order questions. Custom, installed, used, clearance, special-order, and made-to-order items may be final sale unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

The site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, vehicle names, designs, layouts, code, and other content, is owned by Alumicraft or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit site content without written permission, except for ordinary personal use of the site.

User submissions

If you submit messages, photos, ideas, feedback, build information, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to submit them. You grant Alumicraft permission to use submitted materials as needed to respond to your request, provide service, evaluate fitment or build questions, improve products and services, and operate the business. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information unless a separate written agreement applies.

Third-party services

The site may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify checkout, payment providers, analytics tools, maps, social media, video platforms, and shipping providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Alumicraft is not responsible for third-party websites or services.

No professional racing or safety advice

Site content may discuss vehicles, racing, off-road use, parts, and performance. That content is informational only. Motorsports and off-road driving are inherently dangerous. You are responsible for professional installation, inspection, maintenance, safe operation, protective equipment, compliance with race rules, and compliance with applicable laws and land-use rules.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alumicraft disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, except where a separate written warranty or applicable law provides otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alumicraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the site or online services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alumicraft and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of rights of another person or entity.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
